We identified elevated error rates related to a deploy. The elevated error rates were occurring inside the app for all users, for a period of 3 minutes, starting at 11:02AM ET and ending at 11:05AM ET. We immediately rolled back the deploy, then assessed + fixed the issue that was causing the errors.
